Contract review with the help of AI
A draft contract can be uploaded directly into the app. AI analyses the content and highlights the most important risks, so that the business can discuss them in a targeted manner and adjust them where necessary with the supplier.
Automatic authorization flow and storage
After approval, the contract is automatically routed through the appropriate authorization process. After signing, the document is stored on SharePoint, provided with metadata such as end date and payment term. For new suppliers, the supplier onboarding process is automatically started.
Communication portal towards suppliers
Standard documents can be easily sent, such as the supplier information package or a request to adjust supplier data (such as a bank account number). All communication takes place from one central location.
Status overview via dashboard
A clear dashboard allows the status of purchase requests to be tracked. This way, everyone knows where a request is in the process — without having to manually call or email.
